Self declared holiday today so i could do my fyp report but i had to work overtime and i got home at 10am which is actually quite late. Then at 2pm whilst in lalaland a housing agent called me because he had a buyer for 'The Seaview' 1 of 3 condos i have been trying to help my parents get off the shelf for sometime. I had to take a bus for 1 and 1/2 hours before reaching it was a fkin torture... SO NOTHING DONE ON MY FYP REPORT AND I MISSED A IG MEETING BECAUSE THE BUYER CANT WAIT TILL SATURDAY BECAUSE HE REFUSES TO PAY EXTRA FOR ALL THE FURNITURE HE KEEPS AT THE WAREHOUSE. Anyhow 1 condo down 2 more to go
Currently seeking buyers for another 2 condo units 5mins from baungkok MRT station which is a self sustained community with a 24hour supermarket and coffeshop one is a pool view (yes you can see people swimming clearly you have a nice view of people tanning to) and another is a park/city view) both units does not have afternoon sun and comes fitted with a coded lock for security purposes(yes there is also a scanner thingy for people with memory problems) and are fully renovated and a furnished hall + dining table and a chandelier with a master bed for the master bed room and blinds for bath rooms going at 880k-950k or $800psf any one interested or knows anyone interested can e-mail me at darren_fox@hotmail.com or IM (preferred)
